What this site collects

The marketing site collects the information you type into the request-access form: your email address and, if you provide them, a company name and message. Submitting the form sends that information to us by email and stores it so we can respond. That is the purpose it is used for — responding to you.

What this site does not do

The marketing site does not run advertising trackers and does not sell or share your information with third parties for their own marketing. Standard server logs (provided by our hosting infrastructure) exist for security and reliability.

Service providers

Form submissions are processed by our hosting provider (Vercel), our email delivery provider (Resend), and our database provider (Supabase), acting on our behalf.

The application

The PowerStudyIQ application (customer accounts and equipment data) operates under the agreement between PowerSafe Engineering, LLC and each customer, which governs that data.

Removal requests

To have a form submission deleted, reply to any email from us or submit the request-access form with your removal request — we will delete the record.
